The Capri is currently in Year 9 of a projected ten year restoration program.

Besides refinishing every area of the boat, inside & out, the restoration program includes the installation of a new lower helm station to replace the original that was removed in the 1950's (luckily, the original instruments and most of the original hardware were kept & so could be used in the replacement,) plus replating every piece of chromed hardware inside & out. Staging the restoration over a long period of time ensures the least amount of disruption to our use of the boat.
All work is being done by Eric Seepa of Classic Boat Restorations, Orillia. Chrome replating is by Peter Wilson of The Pre-Chrome Co., Niagara Falls, Ontario.
