I had a deposit on this one this spring, and I did inspect it. This boat had a fairly nice hull (good finish, very few scrapes) and I thought the deck was very good. It needed some teak repairs/refinishing, the windows were a film-tint job with some wrinkles, and the rudder I saw had a crude homemade plywood blade. The sails were good. They were going to supply new cushions.

Dave Taylor (Island Blue) has also inspected this boat and can tell you more about it.

The guys at Quiet Waters told me that alot of the above defects would be fixed by them before the final pickup, so you might want to see how far they got with those.

I did have a deposit on this boat, but then I saw and bought the one in Belleville. The guys at Quiet Waters were very gracious about refunding the deposit. I wouldn't hesitate to business with them again.
