seeking info on history of echo12, is this an old kolibri design?

It is similar to a Kolbri... actually it was designed after the Kolbri rights were purchased by CL and then the tooling modified to create the current ECHO.

I have one of the original (german?) Atlanta Kolibri boats. I would like to buy a new one, or at least one very similar.

I'm confused about the history of this design. Was Atlanta the original manufacturer? Will CL Echo parts fit my existing boat?

Also, what about the Kolibri 2-12 that Glenmore builds? Is that the same boat as the CL Echo? Are CL and Glenmore co-licensees for the design?

I would appreciate any additional information. The links at the bottom of the Echo webpage for pictures and the manual do not seem to work.
