Hey Dan:

When we last spoke you were talking about plans to bring Island Blue home. What's the latest news on that front?

Well the latest is that i bought a computer. I am down to just over 250.00 in my bank account after the computer and some bills.

I Have till september 29 to bring my money in this year.

my next course i am loaded for in borden i have now recieved the email so i am gone from june 20, 2007 till August 31 2007 10weeks in total at 7200.00 before taxes are taken off so i suspect i will have to most 6500.00 to pay with. i applied to go to vancouver from may 24 -june 9 this year i will find out if i am accepted i would say tuesday for cooking. Since i don't have any cooks training yet i have a 25% chance of going.

Of what you told me all you need is to get your cooks course and you can go to sea.

So it's lookin'n like Sept. 29 is D-day for Island Blue. I sure hope it works out for you. Any word on you doing some sail training at the rendezvous?

Hey just got home from VANCOUVER BC TODAY!!!

I was there for two weeks with reserves no details are to be revealed because they don't matter.

I had a good two weeks there I did not do to much touring mainly working in the Galley(kitchen).

Well Last time i talked to RICK he said that Island Blue was ready to be picked up. Now all i have to do is spend my 10 weeks in CFB BORDEN on my COOKS Course. Then she's mine so i have a modivation behind my course. I now have a computer that i can bring with me so i do less pissing away of money. So now I am set for my course which starts on June 20th - Aug 31. CFB Borden is 3hrs from home which is nice and Island Blue I.E. Quiet Waters is another 1hr drive from Borden.

My hopeful Delivery date is sometime in August so nessecary repairs can be made so she is ready to hit the water in September. From there its what needs to be done via priority list.

Well Rob Hows My Typing.
