I have recently suscribed to this magazine, during the America's Cup (when it was half-price) online. They told me that it would be sent on March 15th. It is now April 8th, and I still haven't received it.

Does anyone else have problems such as this?
Does it really take THIS long to send something from Toronto?
Who do I talk to for complaints?

Your help is appreciated in tracking down this wayward magazine.

I had a problem with Consumer Reports.
My son gave it to me as a Christmas present one year. The subscription ran out so I let it lapse.
They sent the magazine free for another 9 months, all the while bombarding me with requests to renew.
Finally, I sent a cheque for one years subscription, just as they stopped delivery.
It took months to get back on the list, and right away they started sending renewal notices again.
I think I'm finally straight.
The magazines seem more trouble than they are worth.

CS:

Here's a link that will probably help you. http://www.cymagazine.ca/

I found it a bit awkward to work with them when I submitted m article to them. I was notified that I would be published but they LOST my submission as they shuffled through three editors in one year. About a year after the initial confirmation letter, I was finally published in the Aug. 2002 issue.

P.S. Don't mention my name when you complain.

Ok, I've complained.

They have the right address, they're just "delayed" a bit, I should get it within a week.

YaY!
