Regarding these very nice t-shirts from the Sandpiper 565 Rendezvous 2005.They are bright white, with tasteful design: Front left pocket area: Sandpiper 565 (nice logo, red, med small) RENDEZVOUS 2005 Parry Sound, Canada maple leaf (red) Back: Sandpiper 565 (logo again, red, larger) boat specs boat starboard elevation There are still some available. $12 each plus shipping. Handling free. To get your copy(ies), post or email very soon, as I have to send extras back and get our account with CL tidied up. Rendezvous was a highlight of the season. My wife, who had never slept aboard, commented just yesterday, that some of the best moments occurred when sitting on the bow at night, out-of-town, out-of-the-kitchen, looking up at the heavenly constellations, reflecting on God, then rocking gently to sleep at anchor. That was it for her; she'll come again. [This message has been edited by Pathfinder (edited September 07, 2005).] [This message has been edited by Pathfinder (edited September 07, 2005).]

I've been wearing my Sandpiper T while racing Sharks. All sorts of sailors have been asking me about the boat. It's a hot looking craft. The 8 Metre Worlds were just held in Toronto. Saw some beautiful boats.
And just like the Sandpiper Rendezvous they had flags. Place flags were given after each race. Here is the French 8 metre in full dress. The French boat came second overall behind the Dutch boat.
Not as nice as our Rendezvous flags though. Maybe we should offer our services for regatta management. The Sandpiper Rendezvous was one of the best events we've ever attended. D'Arcy, Shortwave

Hi, Kevin,From my files: You emailed me Sep 7, and following is the reply I sent you Sep 7. "Hi Kevin, There are 7 Medium, 9 Large, 6 XLarge, and 3 XXLarge remaining. Kids (like my small 14-yr old boy) would wear a small; medium-sized women would wear the medium; I'm short but wear Large; and the bigger guys wear from Large to XL to XXL. I'm sorry, there aren't any Smalls left. The price is $10 US, and whatever the mailing cost is, which I would investigate once I knew what you wanted. I hope there's something there that you can use. Kind regards, Stan >From: JKFitzpatrick@VALLEY.NET (JKFitzpatrick) >Reply-To: JKFitzpatrick@VALLEY.NET (KFF) >To: compasspoints@hotmail.com >Subject: T-shirts >Date: 07 Sep 2005 14:04:50 EDT > >Stan, > >What sizes are left? I'll try the email again. Thanks.

Kevin,I see that I now have 2 email addresses for you. Are both working, and which should I use? The one on your profile, or the one you sent with your email? Stan

For the record, friends, Stan replied to me in a timely fashion but my blanky-blank spam filter held on to them! I guess it thinks his email is too spammy! Stan, my reply is in your in-box. Thanks!
