I own a 1976 Sealark 14. The builders plate states it was built by Douglass & McLeod in Painesville, OH. The hull # is 576. The sails match with #576 and a big CL on them. Is my boat an early CL sailboat? I appreciate any information!! Thanks!!!!

There is a spot on the CL website that gives a quick history of the company. Started in Nova Scotia in the '60s and moved to Pickering Ontario until the '90s. Current owner Tom then moved to Fort Erie. I wonder if someone figured out that the CL 14 or 16 used a similar size sail and ordered one for your boat?
