there are 3 races for a cl16 in ontario one in msc, cyc, and hilton beach.
i was windering if there are anymore out there canada or usa ------------------

Seems the CL16 class Association is inactive .

Yes the CL Class association is inactive. What can we do to rectify this situation? With over 3000 boats out there has to be some interest in resurrecting this class.IP: 216.221.95.132 |

It normally takes the determined effort of a couple of individuals. No doubt, the prior incarnation fell apart because the person(s) behind it got burned out & no one stepped up to take over. If you want to resurrect it, take the bull by the horns & go with it. Try contacting the last organizer for a start.Good luck! ------------------

MSC was ShortWave's Mississauga home when I first purchased her in 1988. I dry sailed it from their yard for two seasons until moving her to TS&CC in Toronto. MSC is nuts about CL16 racing and they have a very large fleet.IP: 141.117.228.250 |
