Very cool Ken(no pun intended  )!Ya, people could say you're all crazy, but when spring comes and us landlubbers are tending to our yards, washing windows, etc you are preparing your home/boat for sailing!
When I'm sitting on my riding mower cutting my 2 acres, you are on your boat! Who's crazy now??
