I am new to a one design cl16 racing fleet. Most of the fleet have been sailing CL 16's for years. I am looking for any tips you may have to help me get my cl16 up to speed.

Beyond constant attention to sail trim and rig setup - twist and rake, the only tricks are race tactics. Try and get a copy of Smart Sailing by Buddy Melges - some good ones in there - almost all about racing. It's in a lot of libraries.
