Finally was able to take these pics. I installed the wood holding the swing arm for the depth finder everything else was the way I got it from my P.O. IP: 209.217.117.198 |

HEY!! You better not be playing that loud rock and roll music through that stereo of yours, while we're all trying to sleep at anchor !!!!!lol Windy certainly has been richly adorned with beautiful wood trim! I may borrow some ideas for Paradise's interior!! Probably a stupid question, but where do you buy these swing arms for fishfinders etc? Thanks for posting! Eric IP: 130.63.85.93 |

I'll keep the music down or off. Great Big Sea. I got the swing arm bracket at Valley Marine here in Ottawa but I think I've seen them in the West Marine Catalogue.IP: 209.217.117.198 |

I'd keep the rock music going, not too loud though, got to keep me ears on!That's a nice looking boat. ------------------ Canadian Sailor ;) "Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. WOW!! Amazing electronics. You're looking like my brother's 35 footer. With tongue firmly in cheek I suggest you might change the name of your boat to "Boombox". (Get it? booms? sailing?) Nice teak hatch details too. It's great to see photos of Sandpipers all over the country. D'Arcy IP: 65.92.114.179 |

Windy Island is the local name of a very very small island in the Ottawa River where many people stop or camp (one group at a time} My Sandpiper is not oficially named yet. I was hoping to get the lettering on in the spring and maybe the ceremony when we gather. Boombox is probably very approprite when my teenagers are around. But I think I'll stick with Windy Island because of the history. You're so right, It's great to see all the pics of our boats.IP: 209.217.117.198 |
