It's been a long month. Finally got the e-mail I need from the original (1986-2002) owner of my 'Piper to tie ownership back to new sale. What a hasssle. Apparently he thought he had sent it but may have typed my e-mail address incorrectly. I then had to do the same song & dance with the motor vehicle registry and after completing and signing 'declarations' the easy hauler is registered. Now I have to go back to Chester and get my plate. I Ii sold the CL 14. Feels like this ordeal will never end.
