While sailing this weekend, the jib on our Sandpiper ripped along the seam where the leach line was recently installed. I'm not sure if it is repairable, and will have to send it away to the sailmaker that installed the leach line to find out(no local sailmakers where I live}, which is time consuming. So, I am looking to buy a used genoa or working jib. Does anyone on the list have one for sale or know any Canadian sources for used sails? Also, would a used sail need to be meant for a Sandpiper, or would any jib of similar size with a wire luff work as well? Any advise appreciated, Richard.
