.COM/.NET/.ORG domain ONLY if Vaxxine is listed as the current Registrar
or Administrative contact for your domain. If your domain was registered
at another Registrar, or Reseller, the owner of the domain is solely
responsible for renewing the domain directly with the Registrar of
record. Also note that our new renewal rates do not apply to domains
renewed through Verisign(see details above). If you meet these conditions,

Please Note: Vaxxine can renew
your .CA domain ONLY if Vaxxine is listed as the current Registrar
for your domain (Vaxxine is CIRA Registrar No. 3177). If the domain
was registered through another CIRA certified registrar or reseller,
you must renew the domain directly with the Registrar of record.

Requests |
If you require
modifications to your .COM/.NET/.ORG domain record, the owner of
the domain is solely responsible for performing modifications to
the domain record directly with the Registrar. If you prefer to
have Vaxxine make modifications to your domain, there is a $25 fee
and we must have your domain account login information.
- Note that
all domain registrants who have .COM/.NET/.ORG domains registered
through Vaxxine/OpenSRS are able to access their domain account
on our web site to self-manage and make any modifications.
This includes options to Manage or Renew your
domain name. If you have lost your password to access your
domain name account, you can retrieve
it here.
- All domain
owners who have .COM/.NET/.ORG domains previously registered
through Network Solutions(Verisign) will have received their
domain
account login information directly from Network Solutions
as of Nov. 2002. You must use the that information to access
your account at their web site and make your desired changes.
Vaxxine does not have your Network Solutions Account Number/Username
and Password. If you did not receive this information directly
from Network Solutions, it's possible that the email address
they have on record is incorrect. In this case you must contact
them directly to retrieve your Network Solutions
account info - see below.

Requests |
If
you require modifications to your .CA domain record, it is necessary
for a registered contact of the domain, to fax a request on company
letterhead, outlining the details of the proposed modification(s)
ie. new DNS addresses, and MUST be signed by the domain's owner. Once
we receive and verify the completed fax request, we can perform the
modifications to the domain record. Fax to Vaxxine at: 905-685-8152,

"How
do I complete
my .CA Domain Registration?"
(For
First-time Registrants) |
Once
your Registration request is submitted, you will receive an email
with a user id and password from CIRA, with instructions for completing
the final step of your registration. As a .CA domain name registrant,
you will be required to read, understand and accept CIRA's registration
agreement, you may want to review the CIRA registration documents
here
before proceeding with your registration. When you have received a
temporary user id and password, you must visit CIRA's confirmation
page, enter the temporary user id and password and complete the
confirmation procedure outlined on that page, including accepting
CIRA's Registrant Agreement. |
