CIRA's policy for Manual Change of .CA Domain
Administrative Contact (MCAC)
The Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA) has implemented
a Manual Change of Administrative Contact (MCAC) policy. This policy
applies to any .CA registrants who have lost their CIRA user account
and password information and cannot receive their password (necessary
to approve updates) because their administrative contact email address
is no longer valid or functioning. In order to have CIRA complete a change
of administrative contact email address, such registrants must now complete
a form, signed by an authorized signatory, and a witness as described
in the downloadable MCAC form below. The completed form must be faxed to Vaxxine at:
Fax No: 905-685-8152, Attention:Vaxxine
Domain Admin - CIRA MCAC
| Once we receive your fax, we will submit the requested changes
to CIRA. CIRA will normally complete the process within 5 business
days. A link to download the MCAC form appears below. Note that you
will need either Adobe Acrobat, or the free Acrobat
Reader software installed to view and print the form. |
