| Niagara-on-the-Lake
is situated where the Niagara River meets Lake Ontario. Lake breezes
keep us a little milder than other Ontario regions. It is in the
middle of wine and fruit country. Many
wineries are within easy reach and local fruit abounds.
The little town centre can provide hours of browsing through the many little stores, or you might prefer to stroll along the lovely surrounding streets. |

The
Shaw Festival
theatres provide a special evening out, and there is much fine dining
from which to choose. The park paths are paved and suitable for
bicycling and roller-blading as well as walking and jogging. Niagara
Falls can be reached in a 1/2 hour by driving along the wonderfully
scenic parkway.
You can be as busy or as relaxed as you wish in this charming, historic
little town
