Candida Albicans is not a disease; it is a problem created
by a condition of internal imbalance. This imbalance IN HUMANS is
reaching epidemic proportions in North America.
Candida albicans is a fungus which occurs normally in our body's mucus
membranes. e.g. the mouth, nose, digestive tract, vagina, skin - it even
affects the nervous system.
In a healthy colon, this yeasty-type of fungus is kept in balance when
the 'friendly flora(bacteria)' are strong and healthy. It will remain harmless
until certain factors cause it to 'OVERGROW' (at this point it becomes
a parasite) and the acidophilus or good/friendly bacteria are killed off.
Once this imbalance occurs, a person will have a
Yeast over-growth or a Candida condition.
This fungus overgrowth can spread throughout the entire body if it is
not checked by

results, but some will be able to use less supplements, long-term, than
others!

Because of its many and varied symptoms, it is often misdiagnosed
or 'missed' by many medical personnel as it may depend on

PHASE I ....
HOW TO BRING CANDIDA UNDER CONTROL
1. First 10 - 14 days: a very strict diet to bring balance back to
the body.
YOU MAY EAT FROM THIS LIST ONLY! - - -
Proteins: . whole eggs (soft-centred yolk), Salt water fish(includes
most seafood), water-packed canned fish, Wild game
ONE OF THESE PROTEIN PER DAY IS ADEQUATE!

Grains:

. Spelt .

Millet .

Quinoa .

Amaranth .

Rice flour .

whole wheat flour (if not allergic) .

corn meal .

barley and/or rye may be used if the person is not sensitive to the
gluten in them -
Vegetables: "steamed or stir fried", Raw if well
washed/scrubbed in water containing few drops of Tea Tree Oil or bio-degradable
liquid detergent and rinsed thoroughly.

celery, cucumbers, eggplant, green pepper (if no allergy to the 'night-shade'
family), Greens e.g. spinach, chard, etc., Lettuce (not iceberg) Okra,

'night-shade' familiy), turnips. **Organically grown veggies are best,

- It is considered by natural nutritionists to be 'plastic butter' due
to the altering of its chemical structure by the hydrogenating of it -
i.e. adding an extra molecule of hydrogen in order to create a soft, spreadable

juice with oil for dressings
Snacks:

. hot air popcorn . raw nuts e.g. almonds(no peanuts or pistachios as

(use barley flour in place of wheat - replaces yeast breads)
Beverages:

8 - 10 glasses of WATER per day containing CHLOROPHYLL (juice of alfalfa
plant). Green drinks are very important to deodorize and sanitize the tissues
and waste!! Type O people should use Super Green Algae or Green Zone (NSP)
-a green drink with very little alfalfa in it.
Fruit:

One whole fruit (washed well) per day only!!
If it is not listed above, don't have it!!

NO ANTIBIOTICS OR CORTISONE DRUGS
**If emergency needs arise, use high-potency ACIDIPHILOUS - 6 to 8 Billion
per meal during and at least for one week after consuming either kind of
drug.
**N.B.- Use raw plain yogurt in vagina for vaginitis. Problem should
clear up over-night.

SUPPLEMENTS YOU "MUST" HAVE
First 10 - 14 days
1) Since Candida begins its overgrowth in the bowel, for general bowel
cleansing use
(i)** ACIDOPHILUS capsules (6 billion per meal 1/2 hour before
and at bedtime. (Muscle testing may make this less Muscles)
(ii)** CHLOROPHYLL - to promote growth of friendly bacteria,
as a natural body disinfectant (this fungus does not come away smelling
nice!!) It -chlorophyl available as liquid or capsules- will also replace
lost trace minerals.
2. Poor DIGESTION encourages candida overgrowth. Therefore
the digestive system will have to be reconditioned with
(i)** PLANT ENZYMES containing Protease (this will digest
the Candida fungus and parasite eggs.)
(ii) Marshmallow & Pepsin If Hiatal Hernia present or
small intestine causes a malabsorption problems
(iii) Comb. Three (Kelp, Alfalfa & Dandelion) may
be needed to replace lost minerals especially Potassium. It has gentle,
diuretic action and will feed the thyroid gland.
(iv) Essential Liquid Minerals, Zambroza or, Nature's Gold made
of organic, sprouted Barley
3. The ELIMINATION SYSTEM should be performing normally.- no odour,
-not sticky so will not need toilet paper!!, -will float in the water.
If stress in the bowel (rabbit-like stool) and less than two bowel movements
a day use
***** CASCARA SAGRADA or LBSII with PSYLLIUM SEEDS capsules(1
caps. of each before bed and between meals - mid-morning with two glasses
of water. Increase herbs by one caps, evening and morning, until 2 to 3
movements a day are established.
Good Bowel management is absolutely essential!!
ii) If diarrhea (watery stool is present), use
**CLT-X with extra
**Slippery Elm or Psyllium Seeds.
For extreme problem, a 'milk' made from barley flour can be
used very effectively. If all else fails, go on a water fast for one day.
4. For overall detoxification, use
(i)**** BLACK WALNUT Ext.(1/2 tsp 2 X day before bed and breakfast)
(ii)****CANDIDA HOMEOPATHIC REMEDY
Not usually available in Canada
or
**** CAPRYLIC ACID
(iii)**** ECHINACEA PURPUREA
(iv)**** PAU D'ARCO caps and/or
**** PARA PACK (NSP)
5. GENERAL MAINTENANCE
requires a high quality, "yeast-free" natural Multi Vit/Mineral
e.g.
**** SUPER VITAMINS AND MINERALS (NSP)with added
**** STRESS FORMULA, (NSP) a low-potency, yeast-free B vitamins
with C.
5. EXERCISE:
-
daily walk in fresh air and sunshine is very important to give you much
needed OXYGEN to help make ENERGY (See Muscles)
6. REST: 6 - 8 hours per night.
-
(i) Sleeping aid like HVP Combination taken 3 at a time every hour until
sleep comes. When sleep pattern is established, use only as needed. CHAMOMILE
TEA is also good.
**N.B. If flu-like symptoms arise, nausea, fever, general illness, STOP
cleansing herbs for two days. Then resume cleanse. As the fungus is killed
and floods the blood stream, it may make you feel ill. Just give a short
rest from program (One day); then continue program again.
7. REFLEXOLOGY, MASSAGE and/or COLON THERAPY once
a week during first 3 to 6 weeks will speed cleanse up. Your therapist/counsellor/health
care provider can also help you if uncomfortable symptoms appear in certain
areas of the body or you need encouragement!
REMEMBER!! You probably took a 'long' time getting into your present
toxic condition; you may have to be patient to see the results.
PHASE II:
**SUGARS & STARCHES,
BEVERAGES and/or FRUIT JUICE
MAY BE ADDED SLOWLY
**One-at-a-time every 3 days.
If something bothers you, stop it immediately!! and do not use it
again.
**N.B. DAIRY, CONCENTRATED SUGARS(Candy) may have to be discontinued
indefinitely.
However TOFU PRODUCTS such as ****TOFU MOO, a dairy substitute,
and TOFU Curd, a cheese substitute, can be used provided one is not allergic
to soy beans.
1) Complete the body balancing by continuing
(i)** ACIDOPHILOUS - gradually reducing to 2 Billion 4 times a day
(ii)** CHLOROPHYLL - always with your water or other Green drinks
containing little alfalfa
2)** VIT A (Super Halibut Oil) with
** EVENING PRIMROSE OIL to provide necessary oils for moisturizing
tissues, assisting the digestion of fats, and to help provide good muscle
health.
NB - I have found that people need to do a TISSUE PARASITE CLEANSE following
the above regime. Here it is -
**Now Begin**
(3)**** WORMWOOD OR ARTEMISIA Comb. (6 per day)along with BLACK
WALNUT Ext.(20 dps 2 X day) for next
3 months.
4) If general energy is LOW,
****Extra ENERGY-V and/or BEE POLLEN may be added.
****SF Tea with Garcinia is a refreshing drink between meals or
in the evening and assists with weight loss if the body needs it.
****MAGNESIUM controls bio-chemical (nerve/muscle) functions of
the body for those persons who 'jump' with involuntary muscle movement
in their sleep. Extra Comb Eight, Comb Eight ATC or RE-X may also be needed
to relax the muscles
(5) External environment needs to be carefully monitored -
(i) TEA TREE OIL - is antiseptic and anti-fungal
-add 1-2 drops to shampoo/conditioner, rinse water of laundry.
-mix 1-2 drops in bathroom cleaner for tiles, tub, shoes, pillows,
mattress, even skin!
-use directly to finger and toe nails when fungus is present
-add 1 or 2 drops to bath water
***Cleaning products for kitchen, laundry, bathroom and personal
cosmetics can have Tea Tree Oil added to them as an antiseptic. Nature's
Sunshine Concentrate as a bio-degradable cleaner is also available.
6) Be sure your living conditions are free of petroleum products,
solvents, dampness, moulds, dirty air from furnace ducts, smoke

N.B. Candida can be passed from one partner to the other.
Therefore both partners should follow the above regime
8) If there is 'pain' as in muscle and/or inflammation,

**** CAT'S CLAW have been very affective.
9)*** PLANT ENZYMES are also essential
10) If Immune System is low, Formulae like

2 out of 4 weeks a month.
NOTE: If original symptoms return, go back to Phase II or restrict
diet as in PHASE I for 10 days.

REMEMBER! YOU ARE UNIQUE! EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT!!
People cleanse at different rates depending on how extreme their
condition is. Most people will see a response in the first 2 weeks and
definitely by the end of the 3 and 1/2 month period.(This is the length
of time for the body to create totally new red blood cells in the average
human being.)
Stay as close to the original diet as possible especially watching
your sugar and starch intakes. If you go off the diet, it will not be long
before all your symptoms return and
IT IS ALWAYS HARDER TO DO A CLEANSE THE SECOND TIME ROUND!!!
In the winter season, use one fruit a day only and NO!! fruit juices
or alcoholic beverages. Herb teas may be added but buy the better ones
and be muscle tested TO BE SURE THEY ARE MOULD-FREE. Determine never
to drink artificial fruit drinks, alcoholic beverages or pop again!!
SUPPLEMENTS:
Stay on ACIDOPHILUS FOREVER!!- 2 billion before each meal. If there's
an odour in the stool or other symptoms return, immediately take 6 billion
3 X a day.

GALL BLADDER CLEANSE
For one or two days (I did one day only the first time), drink ONLY
APPLE JUICE, no solids unless you get really hungry - then you could EAT
AN APPLE - raw or baked, but no sugar!! The apple juice begins dissolving
any CALCIUM that may be contained in the crystals (stones/sand) - they
are made of CA and Cholesterol!!! (Faulty fat metabolism!)
About 8 P.M. make a mixture of 4 oz. Olive Oil(the cheap stuff
is OK) and 4 oz. FRESH lemon juice in a pint bottle. Give it a good shake!
Now take 1 oz. every 15 minutes over the next 2 hours. It isn't the greatest
tasting stuff! and you may feel a bit nauseas! That's because the oil affects
the liver and anything affecting it will make you 'fluey feeling'.
After making the mixture up, take 2 gulps (approx. 1 oz.),set
your stove timer for 15 minutes and go read a good book or watch
a good movie - keeps your mind occupied!! When timer goes, take 2 more
gulps, set timer, and return to occupation that is keeping your mind OFF
YOUR CLEANSE. At the end of 2 hours, you should have consumed the whole
8 oz.!
AT this point it is a good idea to have a disposable enema
purchased from the drug store. There are no-name brands or the common
name-brand is called a FLEET enema - very simple to do! -costs maybe
$4 or $5. Women usually have no problem doing this. The instructions come
with it. The purpose for this enema is to cleanse the lower bowel area
so that there is NO interference for any 'jelly stones, etc. to be expelled
the next day. It isn't an absolute necessity ! Just makes the cleanse simpler!
Following consuming of the mixture and/or enema go to bed LYING ON
YOUR RIGHT SIDE - this keeps all the oil 'heading for the gall bladder!!
Stay lying this way for about an hour. If it isn't your customary way of
sleeping, just get comfortable after the hour and go to sleep. You
may wake in the night with funny gurgling sounds and/or feelings as the
oil makes its way through the digestive system. I have always found that
by the next morning, with the first BM, there is light, sandy/yellow stool
(digested olive oil) and any crystals left will be BRIGHT PADDY GREEN
of the consistency of hospital jello! If a person has a lot of SAND in
the Gall bladder, what comes away may be GREEN SLIME!!! That's the cholesterol!
A person should be able to eat fairly normally the next day. In the
mean time, NO FRIED FOODS, very little butter, oily dressings, etc.
If you have access to a health food store, buy a bottle of PLANT
ENZYMES. It should have Lipase for Fat digestion. There are
other Digestive enzymes available that will contain Ox Bile to assist
the digestion of fats.
In 17 years I have had one person only who got scared 1/2 way
through the cleanse, and aborted it. I have heard of a young 16 year old
that had some pain during the night, but persevered, and passed a crystal
the size of a quarter the next morning.
IF YOU SEEM TO HAVE NO SUCCESS, do the Apple
juice thing a SECOND day, followed by the Olive Oil and Lemon juice
drink, the second night.
About your weight thing!:
Do you often miss meals? Our cells have an inate intelligence
that when we MISS meals, they think they are going to starve. So they hang
on to their nutritients, etc. If we have given them 'junk food', then they
keep the residue 'just in case' they think they will be 'starved'. So here
is one simple way to keep that from happening:
I hope you like fruit, grapes in particular, (have a good handful
of DARK grapes, preferably with their seeds in them. YOU DON'T EAT THE
SEEDS! but clean them off (the skin pulp will be slightly bitter because
that's were the minerals are) and chew the skins well. Spit out the seeds,
swallow the skins! Just take your time to enjoy them.) Every morning between
7 and 9, just before your fruit breakfast, take a cup of warm water, add
a teaspoon of lemon juice, (REAL or FRESH) and a little honey to taste.
(this is to perk up your liver, to help it complete it's job.)
Your liver works ALL night from about 7-8 p.m., handling and prossessing
the foods that have been eaten that day. Since we want it to use up more
of its stored GLYCOGEN, we don't want to give it any PROTEIN first thing
in the morning. Then it will have to go to the fat cells, to obtain the
nutrients to make GLYCOGEN. Your GRAPES will have the nutrients and sugars
needed for energy for the morning.
For about the first week, just drink a glass of water, maybe put
a little shot of lemon juice in it too, after breakfast. Then wait to see
how long before you are hungry.
However if you are a 'meat and potatoes' kind of person (that's
a thyroid type!) you can have not more than 5 tbsps of cottage cheese OR
1 egg blended in REAL grape juice along with the grapes. But, if possible,
particularily in BAD CELL cases where Chemo and/or Radiation has been used,
it's best NOT to have the protein for breakfast!!
**N.B. IF you have low-blood sugar you will probably need some
protein about 2 hours later. A handful of 'unsalted' nuts, roasted sunflower
seeds, peanuts, or a cereal bar with some fruit in it would be OK.
About noon, make yourself a LEAF lettuce (not head) with turkey,
chicken, tuna, salmon, egg salad 'sandwich' (the bread should be whole
wheat or Rye - not necessarily the heavy stuff-). None of these meats should
be smoked! There are carcinogens in ALL smoked meats! and you are trying
to stay away from that problem. If you don't think this is enough for lunch
have some kind of vegetable, veg./chicken, veg/beef (NOT CREAMED) soup.
An alternate to the sandwich would be a big leaf lettuce salad with
lemon and oil dressing ONLY on it.
Again, if you tend to low blood sugar, you may wish to have
some energy food about 2 hours later. This also applies to high blood sugar
problems. You notice I didn't say, pie, cookies or cake!!!! The same kind
of 'break' foods can be used here OR just some whole fruit, but not both
together.
For dinner at night, cook veggies with chicken, turkey, or
fish (NO potatoes, squash or yams)) or veggies (squash and yams can go
here) with potatoes (preferably baked with their coats on). Along with
this have a different kind of salad then you had for lunch!- spinach, cabbage,
romaine (NOT HEAD) lettuce (cabbage is very nutritious - just be sure and
chew it well_). I think I mentioned getting some Plant Enzymes. Use them
with your lunch and supper meals.
If you feel hungry at night, use Pop corn, Triscuits, Veggie
Crackers as your munchies (provided your system can handle CORN and WHEAT!!
- no chips! too much oil in them.
You should be able to create a variety with this menu.

You'll notice I haven't included much dairy. Dairy is very mucous
forming! and has protein that is hard to digest.
Help your digestion process to be as easy and quick as possible.
The above concept is called 'Food Combining'. This is rather

complicated ways to 'correctly combine your foods'. But this method comes
from a book called 'Fit for Life'. However I don't agree with the author's
opinion that supplements are not necessary. If you have any degenerative,
deteriorating health problems, they are very necessary!!!
