please send us your catalogue order in advance (and
let us know when you might be coming). That way
we can make up the order and have it waiting for
you, instead of you waiting for it! |
BROWSE
THE CATAL0GUE ON-LINE OR DOWNLOAD AND PRINT IT: We
have posted our catalogue in PDF (Portable Document
Format) . You can view it one page at a time on-line
(fastest), or grab the whole catalogue in one go by
downloading it. You can use the catalogue off-line,
either as a PDF file viewed on-screen, or printed on
your desktop printer. Most current browsers have a 'PDFViewer'
plug-in that allows you to do this. Or you can get a
free reader from Adobe through the link below.
ORDER
AND SHIPPING INFORMATION: We are pleased to provide
technical information (or an opinion) about the various
items that we carry. While we try to stay fully stocked,
we do occasionally run out of a particular item or have
substituted the item with what we consider to be a better
product. Please check with us first about availability.
You
should also note that we are continually expanding the
list of items we offer for sale so our catalogue may not
be current. Similarly, we occasionally offer surplus equipment
and supplies from area wineries. We treat these items
as in-store specials.

ORDER
PAYMENT: Payment can be made by Master Card (not
Visa or American Express), cheque (if we know you) or
cash. Cheques should be made out to Funk Winemaking
Supplies & Services. If ordering by e-mail,
make sure that we have your mailing address and telephone
number(s). Do not include your credit card number with
an e-mail orders. We will call you to confirm your order. Please
note that we only accept orders originating in Canada.
We
are required to charge Provincial Sales Tax (PST) on all
but commercial and out-of-province sales. The Goods and
Services Tax (GST) is charged on all but out-of-country
sales.
SHIPPING: We
try to ship orders by within two or three days of when
they are placed, provided stock is available. Freight
charges are applied. We ship by UPS or CANPAR and will
require a street address such as your home or office.
We are reluctant to ship certain items, please check with
us.
When
your parcel arrives, open and inspect the contents against
the shipping slip. Notify us immediately if an item is
damaged or missing. Save the box, damaged item and packing
material or we will not be able to receive credit from
the carrier. Have the driver sign the shipping slip for
any damage noted upon delivery. We will either replace
your order or issue you a credit (please advise).
