Goals:

Demonstrate a clear understanding of the client's mission, vision, and values. Encouraging the leadership to further clarify these, if unclear. To work towards these, not imposing my own.
Work with the community to conceptualize a design for their project, allowing them to fulfill their goals.
Establish clear lines of communication and be available to the client for meetings, as requested.
Set a realistic budget for the project and openly discuss the financial feasibility of the project. To work with the approved budget at all times.
Set a reasonable schedule for the project, thus allowing for the approval process of the client and the municipality.
Provide quality drawings and contract documents, which will allow for the successful construction of the project.
Keep professional fees as competitive as possible by keeping overhead cost down and working efficiently.
Personally see the project through all stages: from concept development to final comissioning and any follow-up work.

Henry Swinkels is:

President and owner of HENRY SWINKELS ARCHITECT established in November 1997. Henry is a professional architect, with over 15 years of extensive experience helping church groups and ministries to design and implement building related projects. He has experience in all areas of project management. His background in engineering results in a good knowledge of all the engineering disciplines. He is inspired by King Solomon of biblical times, a man who recognized God's wisdom to be essential for successfully fulfilling His vision, plans, and goals.

Henry is also founder and president of SOLOMON CHRISTIAN SERVICES established in 1996 to help Christian in "building strategically on a godly vision." He leads seminars and workshops.

Henry is involved is his local church, having served as an elder, worship leader, and prayer team member. He is also a supporter of Christian Education.

Henry, together with his wife Henrietta and their four sons, are committed to using all the gifts and talents God has granted, to further advance his Kingdom.
