SAUERKRAUT SALAD - by Regina Booker
1- QT.SAUERKRAUT,WELL DRAINED
1 1/2 CUPS WHITE SUGAR
1/2 CUP COOKING OIL
1/2 CUP VINEGAR
2 CUPS CHOPPED CELERY
1 LARGE ONION CHOPPED
1 GREEN PEPPER CHOPPED
1 CARROT SHREDDED
Heat sugar,oil,and vinegar until dissolved. Set aside to cool.
Mix kraut and vegetables together.
Pour cooled dressing over (don't flood if too much) mix and refrigerate
