RULES and REGULATIONS - Revised October, 2003.

I have read and fully understand the safety rules and regulations.

My signature serves as verification that
I am aware of all range safety rules within the
Maple Leaf Marksmen Rifle and Revolver Club
and that I will follow these rules while on club property.

I understand that any member who deliberately fails to
handle and/or discharge firearms in a safe manner
or who violates club rules and regulations
shall be removed from club property immediately.
Subsequent violations may result in
suspension of range privileges or
termination of my club membership.
