 Welcome and thank you for your interest in our office. Dr. Michael Riva is a Specialist in Orthodontics who has practised in St. Catharines, Ontario since 1989. Dr. Riva and his staff provide orthodontic care for children and adults in a relaxed, comfortable setting. They believe in the role of orthodontics in good oral health and overall self-esteem. They also have a keen interest in their patients' involvement in the community as evidenced by the office bulletin board.
 The office has a convenient, ground-floor location in a small plaza which offers ample parking and wheelchair accessibility. The office is easily reached from Highway 406 and is within walking distance from the Pen Centre.
Dr. Riva and his staff
provide a wide range of orthodontic services including braces, retainers, jaw appliances, and surgical orthodontics. It is important that our patients have a positive experience while in the office and are happy with their smiles in the end. Braces and retainers are available in various colours and designs to make the orthodontic experience more enjoyable. Flexible financing is offered for all fees and payment by credit card or debit card is gladly accepted. 
The American Association of Orthodontists recommends that an initial orthodontic consultation be done by the age of 7. If that is not possible, Dr. Riva suggests that a consultation be done by age 10 to ensure that a good personal relationship can be established and that there is ample time to perform early treatment if indicated.
