above the player's book must be brought into the NSA
Office on the required discipline date; clubs are only
called when to bring the player's card in to the NSA
Office for the Three Yellow Cards the for other two
offenses, please note: that if the player's book is not
brought in on the appropriate day the player is
suspended from all soccer activities. |

If anyone wants a hearing
for the three Discipline by Review offences, a fee of
$50.00 must be submitted to the NSA Office no later than
the day BEFORE the hearing. |
