the entry, I (we) agree to abide by the rules and regulations of NORTH AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB (NAKC/Rarities), in effect at
the time of this show and by any additional rules and regulations appearing in the premium
list for the show and further agree to be bound by the "Agreement" printed
below. By acceptance of this Agreement I (we) understand that I (we) are
giving up (waiving or releasing) any right that I (we) have to sue or make any
claim which I (we) might have or which might subsequently arise or occur
against the NAKC/Rarities, its Directors, Executive and volunteers for any
lost or stolen items and any injuries or death which I (we) or my dog or dogs
might sustain while showing. handling or spectator at the NAKC/Rarities shows
or events. I (we) certify and represent that the dog entered is not a hazard to persons or
other dogs. This entry is submitted for acceptance on the foregoing representation and
NAKC/Rarities Agreement that has been read carefully and clearly represents my intent when
submitting this NAKC/Rarities - Official Entry Form.

(NAKC/Rarities) office you are agreeing that
you have read and will comply with the NAKC/Rarities Agreement printed
below and for all intents and purposes this will serve in place of your
signature as acceptance of the NAKC/Rarities Agreement!

before the show date, or this entry will constitute as a Day Of Show Entry
with the Day Of Show entry fees as described above will apply.
For "Minimum Pre-Entry Required" shows payment must be in NAKC/Rarities office THREE (3) weeks before date of show.
I (we)
acknowledge that the Rules and Regulations of North American
Kennel Club (NAKC/Rarities ) have been made
available to me (us), and that I am (we are) familiar with their contents.
I (we) agree that NAKC/Rarities have the right to refuse this entry for cause which
the club shall deem to be sufficient.
In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of the
show and the opportunity to have the dog judged and to win ribbons, I (we)
agree to hold this club, its members/exhibitors, directors, officers, agents,
show secretary and the owner or leasers of the premises and any employees of
the aforementioned parties, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which
may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or
thing by the act of this dog while in or upon the show premises or grounds or
near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and
liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the
aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss of this dog by
disappearance, theft, death, or otherwise, and from any claim for damage or
injury to the dog, whether such loss, disappearance, theft damage or injury,
be caused or alleged to be caused by the negligence of NAKC/Rarities or any of the
parties aforementioned, or by the negligence of any other person, or any other
cause or causes.
I (we)
hereby assume the sole responsibility for and to indemnify and save the
aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expenses (including
legal fees) by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the
aforementioned parties for damage because of bodily injuries, including death
any time resulting there from, sustained by any person or persons, including
myself (ourselves) or on account of damage to property, arising out of in
consequence of my (our) participation in this show, however such injuries,
death or damage to property may be caused and whether or not the same may have
been caused or may be alleged to have been caused by negligence of the
aforementioned parties or any of their employees or agents, or any other
persons.
Judges will not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or
agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging
ring when their classes are called to be judged. Judges may not judge dogs
owned or co-owned by them.
There will be a grooming & crating area available to
exhibitors. Please crate all dogs when not in the show rings. All exhibitors
are asked to have their dogs under their complete control at all times. The
use of prong collars in the show ring is prohibited. The use of flexi-leads is
accepted on the show grounds but you are responsible for your dog. No tie out
stakes or dogs tied to bumpers or anything else will be allowed on show
grounds.
Entry fees will not be refunded in the event that
a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by vet or judge, or barred from
competition by action of the Show Chairman or Show Secretary.
The NAKC/Rarities reserves the right to refuse entries.
Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated at shows.
If upon
pre-entering and you are not able to attend the show monies will not be
refunded to you. If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond
control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no
entry fees will be refunded. Post-dated checks or returned checks do not
constitute a valid entry fee.
US Postal Money Orders
are not accepted.
No personal photos may be taken while the show photographer
is taking pictures & no outside photographers will be allowed to take photos at our
shows!
Anyone that is seen doing this can have their points
removed on all dogs that they have shown with us. NAKC/Rarities rents the
grounds, hires & pays for judges fee, judges travel fees, hotels & meals for
judges, flights for judges, ribbons, trophies, jackets & other prizes and all
other expenses add up to a great amount. We do not expect to have people take
photos behind our backs and not support us by purchasing the show win photos.
After 15 years in the photography field I think I have plenty of experience and
several publications & books with our photos in them.
EACH PERSON
WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING UP AFTER THEIR DOG(S).
CARRY IN & CARRY OUT YOUR OWN GARBAGE! PLEASE, LETS KEEP OUR
SHOW SITES BEAUTIFUL! NO ONE ALLOWED TO COMPLAIN TO PARK
STAFF !
If you need
assistance, please feel free to call on a show official or ring steward. You
are not allowed to ask the judge about their decisions or placements until
after the show has been completed.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
HOTELS ARE AN EXTENSION OF THE SHOW SITE AND ALL NAKC RULES ARE ENFORCED AT
BOTH LOCATIONS. DOGS MAY NOT BE BATHED, LEFT LOOSE OR UNATTENDED IN HOTEL
ROOMS.
Exhibitors will be
held responsible for any damage to their hotel rooms. NAKC does not have to
accept entries from irresponsible owners or handlers.
PLEASE exercise dogs at the motels and the show sites in designated areas
only, and you must pick up after your dogs.
DOG SHOW CLASS: Best of Breed
competition is for dogs that are NAKC/Rarities Champions of Record and according to
their owners records, have completed the requirements for championship but
whose championships are unconfirmed.
For others, consult the classification list in this premium.
A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the
time entries for a show closed.
If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner, it must be entered in
the name of the new owner in any show for which entries closed after the date
of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owners have received the
registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his name.
State on entry form whether transfer application has been mailed to parent
club or FCI.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS
Judging for all classes will commence at
10 :0 0 AM on both
Saturday & Sunday with both Rings 1 & 2 running at the same time. Rings 1
& 2 will in opposite order of Groups from each other. Show 3 on Saturday
will start up at 2:00 PM , unless if morning show is delayed.
Judges will not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners

or co-own or having your dogs
shown for you at any NAKC events.
