Sales Policy CONDITIONS OF SALE PRICES Pricing is subject to change without notice. The invoice is billed on the basis of price prevailing at the time of shipment. TERMS Net 30 Days, subject to approved credit. FREIGHT Orders in the Niagara Region will be made free of charge. All other orders will be sent through instruction from the purchaser. DELIVERY All invoice are dated as of date of delivery. Delivery is understood to be acceptance of shipment by a common carrier of the Purchaser. We offer convenient delivery on stock items within 1 to 5 working days. Customized orders will be delivered according to the conditions of the specific sale. REPAIR Arrangements for items requiring repair must be made through the Customer Service Department. Items for repair must be clean i.e.: free of debris and toxic substancesotherwise we cannot service. RETURNS Items may only be returned if workmanship is defective. Such arrangements must be made through the Customer Service Department, and may be subject to a restocking charge. Any custom orders are considered a final sale. CLAIMS Incorrect items per invoice must be reported immediately to the Customer Service Department. LIABILITY STATEMENT Our products are warranted only against defects in manufacture. Applications of our products vary so no use warranty is implied or intended. All misuse of products is excluded from warrantees. The purchaser should make a careful determination of the use and purpose the product is being purchased. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to determine whether these products will adequately protect the user in the specific environment in which the product will be used. There are no warranties, which extend beyond the description herein. No employee, representative or agent of this company has the authority to bind the Seller to any assertion, representation of warranty concerning the products that we sell beyond that specifically outlined in writing.
