The first season with the "new generation" of managers.  Ken Liszewski and							
Paul Larush recruited new members following a near collapse of the existing							
WNYSOMBL, which had been in existence since 1979.  Six new members							
joined the group.  In the playoffs, Paul Larush's 40-42 Geneva Cubs stunned both 							
Cleveland and East Aurora, who both had strong regular seasons, before losing
to Liszewski's Cardinals in the World Series.
