In terms of receiving technical support on VXNs there are two "types" which you should be aware of.
The first is the supported VXN. This is one that was written entirely by Vaxxine. This means that Vaxxine will endevour to fix errors you may encounter, add features, etc.
The second is the unsupported VXN. This is a VXN based on a CGI which Vaxxine did not write. They are provided to you so you can use the features available as soon as possible. Since Vaxxine did not write the bulk of their code, however, requests for additions, etc., cannot be honoured.
