I have had a passion for wildlife all my life, even before I acquired a zest for photography. I still experience an adrenaline high every time I capture a worthwhile image of these special creatures.
This section will include birds, animals, insects and reptiles.

I use landscapes as a general heading to include landscapes, panoramas, spider webs, seascapes and sunsets.
These photos have been captured over the years, both on film and now digitally.

Each of the seasons in Ontario, Canada are quite different, and Joan and I always look forward to what the next one has to offer. Most of my photos are of our beautiful autumn time of the year and equally beautiful winter.

Creative refers to some selected photographs that I have manipulated in some way to give varied types of appeals. I doubt you will like all of them, but different people will react in different ways.
Sub categories here will be painterly, dreamscapes, infra red, and monochrome.

I don't do a lot of people photos, but that is only because I am so busy doing other types of photography. Certainly these types of pictures are both challenging and rewarding.

Flora refers to all the beauty growing around us: flowers, fungus or something else.
Whether it be close to the intricate beauty of a flower closeup or a large area of colourful bloom, it all offers its own feeling of fulfilment.
|
|
|
Many travel and many take pictures of their travels for many reasons. I have been fortunate to have been able to visit numerous places in our beautiful world. Some of my fondest memories can be found in this section.
