Ten years of growing specialized vegetables using sustainable methods for the top restaurants has put us at the forefront of Niagara cuisine. Millions of hours, hundreds of experiments and thousands of varieties later we are now pleased to be operating at a new site at The Riverbend Inn on the Niagara River Parkway. Our experience will now focus on direct exclusive supply of vegetables and herbs on-site for the Riverbend kitchen . The culinary staff will base the menu daily on the produce growing outside the kitchen windows. Make sure to visit the kitchen garden on your next trip to Riverbend.
