SUPPLYING ARTWORK ON DISK. . .

When you supply us with electronic artwork the following information MUST be present!

• What is your computer platform: IBM or MACINTOSH?
• What application software do you use and what version ie QuarkXpress, PhotoShop, PageMaker, Adobe IIIustrator, CorelDraw? We do not except word processing programs (WordPerfect) for output.
• File size - if too large to fit on a standard 3.5" floppy disk, then a it must be saved to a Zip, Syquest or other removable drive.
• Graphic files must be included on disk: EPS files and TIFF files.
• Both screen and printer font files must be included.
• All trapping, knockout, colour separations and overprinting must be set up in your file.
• Bleeds must have a minimum of 1/4" all around.
• A laser proof of your document, with all colour break, must be supplied with disk.
• An "electronic output request" form must be filled out before handing over disk, which gives us an explanation of what type of file you are requesting to output.
• Additional set-up and/or alterations needed by customer and done by J.J. Lee Printing is considered extra, and applicable charges may apply.
• J.J. Lee Printing Co. Ltd. is not responsible for lost or damaged files. It is strongly recommended that you make a backup copy of all files BEFORE sending it in for output.
