Entrepreneurial - how to start and build your company.

In the past five years I have helped over 300 aspiring entrepreneurs, through teaching and coaching programs at the Institute of Enterprise Education and the Lincoln County Board of Education to become members of the business community. These include Wildchild, Peninsular RV, Mobile Computer Services, Lynnwood Reflections, Brochures Etc, Niagara Video Productions etc.

The basic approach involves coaching and consultation, primarily to identify the degree of differentiation offered by your idea, identifying who is the most receptive customer group, building a marketing plan based upon this differentiation and the potential of the customer group, then building a financial plan that demonstrates the profitability of the marketing program. Finally it involves building an organization developing the tools of accounting, systems and procedures, documentation, advertising and promotion to launch the business.
